Our greatest challenge — and I think this is really true of all organizations — is to keep forcing ourselves to think, rethink, and reinvent that wheel. It was hard enough to do that before launch, but in a sense, it's easier to be bold when you're starting from scratch. Now that we've got a product and people and expectations, etc., etc., it's naturally harder to keep evolving Quartz in smart ways. But it's absolutely the most important thing we need to do.
So what does that mean, specifically? We have a gazillion things planned for the next six months, but my mind immediately jumps to our events, which will start ramping up very soon. We have a great events team, and they're charged with thinking about what makes a Quartz event in the same way we had to think about what qz.com would be. There's also stuff like the commenting feature I mentioned earlier, plenty of other on-site features, and expansion in ways we're still thinking through.
So that's kind of an evasive answer but only because I hope that, in six months, I'm actually surprised by what Quartz has become. That would be a good sign that we're doing it right.
Thanks again for joining us, Zach. Come back anytime!
